At least punch a strawberry and wipe your fist off on the English muffin.

Looks like she just pours gravy on it and calls it something else so she doesn't look fat.

I dont use exact measurements anymore but it's something like 1/4 - 1/2 cup peanut butter (most recipes call for creamy but I only buy crunchy) and an equal amount of almond milk. Dashes of soy sauce, maple syrup, splash of rice wine vinegar, pureed ginger, and either chili garlic sauce, or in this case I used freshly ground red pepper flakes. Whisk until smooth.

Some dressings are creamy. Some are oily. You're just being goofy.

Yes, but when you add it to something (salad, etc), cut off the stubby, woody bits
and slice what's left of the spears thin so that they'll be easier to chew and digest. We grow a huge amount of it in our backyard. It easily takes over everything. If you decide to cook them, just do it lightly (it has loads of antioxidants), because it's easy to cook the nutrients out of them. ![]() Just made a teriyaki stir-fry with additions of both fake beef and chicken bits. ![]() Last edited by rostasi; 07-13-2020 at 04:17 PM. |

Are you veg?
This week I'm working on a variety of different techniques to prepare tofu. I can never get it to have the right texture, but well prepared tofu I enjoy more than any well prepared steak I've ever had. |

Yup - for nearly 47 years.
If you have a Pei Wei near you, go to it and order something with tofu and veg and then let one flat piece of their tofu melt in your mouth. Study it carefully. Even high-priced fancy places that serve tofu don't get it as right as Pei Wei. Weird, but true - and I'm not a fan of chain restaurants. This might be of some help: https://www.quora.com/Pei-Wei-tofu-i...o-they-make-it ![]() Last edited by rostasi; 07-13-2020 at 04:39 PM. |
