Favorite Cars?
 

Figured it would be cool to have a thread where we could list our favorite cars and WHY you like them.

For me:

Modern:
BMW M3 and also BMW 3 Series
I really like their styling and performance. Not too bad on price either (I can get one that I would be happy with for $3000).

Classic:
1967 Chevrolet Nova
I love the look of this particular year. They are easy to find, but unfortunatly, they are quite expensive. I love almost all classic muscle cars, but these are my favorites. Sharp!

Ahh I enjoy the bus, because it's cheap and I have no drivers liscense

ive been lucky enough to actually own a few of my favorite cars at one time or another:

65' Chevy Impala 2dr hardtop
66' Chevy Malibu 2dr hardtop
65' VW Bus Standard

currently i drive a 73' Chevy Nova Custom which i plan on selling soon so i can afford to trick out my Eclipse.

Have any pics of the Nova??

I had a 1970 Monte Carlo, but I can't find any digital pics of it. If I run across any, I will post them.

im at work now, i know i have some pics on my comp at home, ill take a look and see if i have one somewhere that i can access from here.

Current car: Mini Cooper

Sorry the photo sucks, but it's the only one I have at the moment. Basically it has the Union Flag on the roof and two bonnet stripes in white on the er, bonnet.

Dream car: Tough one, but probably a 1966 Shelby Cobra, or a reconditioned Jaguar E-Type. Never going to happen though.

Does anyone like those Scions? The ones that look like cracker boxes?

It's pretty hard to get away from the BMWyness. Especially when they want to charge £130 for a new tyre. *******s.

cant drive yet. but id love to have an el camino. those things are rockin.

Some of their sedans and coupes don't look too bad either.

ya, im a big time fan of old chevys and vws. I was a vw mechanic for awhile, still regret selling my 65 bus.

My current vehicle is a 85' mercedes-benz 190E. I lovve the way these cars look, especially when lowered but unfortunetly unless you have a 16v there pretty slugish. The car can turn on a dime though.

My dad owns a 91' BMW 318, its a really small fun car to drive.

I really like saab 9000's we used to have one and there big hatchback that can haul tons of ass. I've beat more than a few cars off the line with our ols one before it got trashed.

Also I love old ford falcons/fairlanes. My dream car would be a Lancia Delta.

cadillacs.

But not an Escalade, right ?

My friend bought a cadilac for $1. It was a fleetwood. We trashed it and sold it off for $200

lol right now i have a 92 F150. but hopefully soon here ill get a mustang 5.0 or a camaro iroc z. my buddy bought one for 2 grand. im giving him less than a year to live.

I think the simple fact that the best thing I could come up with was "babe magnet" proves my inability to be cool.

ive always been partial to the 1967 chevy impala:thumb:

i prefer the 65 impalas, same bodystyle as the 67 (unlike the square body style of the 64s, but with the same taillights as the 64, 64 and 65 were the only two years that had that style of taillights.)

with my nova stolen, just got off the phone with my mechanic...$580 bucks to fix my eclipse...hmmm, looks like ill be forkin out the cash and gettin my stripper magnet back out on the street.
