I heard members Congress who own large property do that all the time. Seems like Joe did his research well, his only fatal flaw was befriending JWB who is trying his darnedest to expose who he is.

lol, actually the understanding i got was that he wants to make it into an actual farm. he's going to start with a few animals and work from there. he wants to basically be able to sustain himself off the land he purchased. so i don't think it quite qualifies as a 'scam' tbh. the property taxes are killing him which is motivating him to go in that direction but i don't think that makes it any less legit.
