That photo is very possible. He has hole in his neck, meaning he had throat cancer along his entire trachea that spread upward to his nostrils. The edge of the eye socket is also the edge of your nose, so they had to cut out his eyes in addition to removing all of his nasal passage. Dude must have exhaled the smoke through his nose a lot. Don't do that ****.

If you are going to spend money on cigarettes, at least spend money on that co-pay for your personal doctor to get you checked out once a month. It's not feasibly possible for most people, but Chula, if I were you, I'd be going to the doctor once a week for the rest of...well, **** it, you should be going once a month for the rest of your life.
