Yeah I understand but if you read any of them regularly you must have a few ideas who you like and who you don't. I know not everyone reads every single thing posted: who could? But I could still fill out that nomination list easily myself, as I did last year. Just no point in my doing that if my efforts are to be in vain, in other words, as I said, why vote/give people awards if they won't get off their arses and vote themselves?

If they were posted in here for people to see it would create discussion and more interest.
Ah but they're not you see. I have received now a total of 4 pms. And I even cleared out my inbox in anticipation of the floodgates opening! Bah!

If people WANT to post here they can do that, it's just that these voting things usually take place behind a veil of secrecy, so that there's tension and anticipation when the results are finally .... ah ferget it.

Obviously not even I can read everything that's written, but I make sure to see what someone is writing about and get the gist of it. So if for instance Ki writes about --- Oh I don't know, PG LOST maybe! --- I'll look through the entry and see basically what he's talking about, but I would not be able to sit down and read every post by him or anyone else. Even in the Classic Journals thing, I refer to posts made but I haven't the time to read every one of them. You do know I'm juggling ten journals now, don't you?
