It's basically feign interest. It's when you "woot" a song that you wouldn't otherwise if it was played by another person, however you do so for your friend to avoid any salty feelings.

I made the mistake of playing a 15 minute progressive song that completely ruined the awesome vibe the 10 of us had going in Plug last night.

A few minutes in Violet posted: In all seriousness Chula this song is f*cking terrible but I'll continue to woot out of pity.
