I can't say that Nirvana is good. They obviously ripped the Melvins and Mudhoney. The rest of them are okay. You are right though. Everything after the first wave is crap because grunge got so popular, which made the idiots who didn't know a thing about music want to play it so they just kept ripping off each other and there was no musical advance.
