I think the latter is unnecessary and obnoxious. There are a ton around here and they hurt my eyes.

The people that drive those things are just a different breed of those kids revving their fartbox imports doing "burnouts" and blasting their sound system so loud their non-dynomatted car rattles louder than the music.
