Thanks...yeah, definitely not a fun time. Nothing ever prepares you for that either.

She seems to be getting back to her old self now though. Here's hoping!

God thats awful, sending my hopes that she makes a tremedous recovery. :)

Yeah she'll make a full recovery and be back to normal, it'll just take time really. If shes anything like my dad she'll try to go too fast as well but she'll get there in the end. It must be hard spending so much time in the hospital too but im sure it's helping her.

Oh she absolutely hates it. She went in Thursday expecting to be out that night...then come to find out she had to have the bypass surgery. I thought she was going to run out of the hospital right then! Her improvement over the last few days is amazing though. At first she couldn't even talk, but now she's back to chatting up the male nurses and calling everyone "sweetheart". lol. I know she'll be fine. :)

Haha, least shes herself again. My papa had a heart attack a little while ago, (hes 78 now) and his fitness levels are higher than mines, no joke. He was fit as a fiddle again within a month or two! :)

My great grandmother is 97 and she has never had a heart attack, which is kind of amazing because she still drinks liquor and eats one or two pies a week.

i can honestly say i slept the entire day,...didnt really make it to bed utill about 11 am,...noonish,....slept until five,....and now i think i'll take a shower

Pretty lazy day spent mostly surfing the net and doing random crap... bought a new pair of jeans and some food... otherwise, kindqa unremarkably average.

My great grandmother is like that, but mine smokes 2 packs of cigarettes per day... still she never coughs.
