What puzzles me is why someone would make a post asking not to ask about their day. Kinda defeats the whole purpose.

i have done nothing but stare at 5 different screens all day, 4 of them Tv screens, one of them a laptop. Eating, twiddling my thumbs, and tapping on this, plus pissing and a beer.

Woke up to find my mum in a frenzy on the phone, calling basically everyone she knows in the phonebook. Turns out there was an earthquake in Christchurch this morning that measured to 7.1 on the Richters Scale.

Thank God everyone we knows alright, but it was bound to happen eventually.

Isnt Vanilla from Christchurch? Hope shes alright

I heard about that--yikes.

Today was sort of a typical day on this end.

I'm working from home 'til school starts again (image conversion/data entry stuff--easy but very tedious) so I spent a lot of time glazed over at the computer while simultaneously watching Out of Sight and Simpsons DVD commentaries. My ex/friend whom I haven't seen in a bit stopped by with his daughter for a while and now I'm about to leave for my boyfriend's house, which usually means hanging out with a crowd of 4-10 people, watching a movie and getting stoned and/or drunk.

It's not that bad a life, really.
