I have a mild cold involving some sneezing, sore throat, and a lot of sleepiness. I slept 12 hours last night and still feel sleepy!

The day was very hot so I spent most of it inside, but I may soon emerge once the sun sets and the sauna-like air cools. It is 6 PM now and outside the temperature is 90 degrees F, but with the high humidity it feels like 104 (says the weather center).

I hope you are feeling better soon! The humidity is just awful here as well..lol I don't even want to go outside, Which! I have not stepped a foot out the door all day.:p:

I have to travel to Columbus tomorrow and work out in the heat, but I am used to working in Louisiana, Texas, and Alabama in the summer months so...Well Heck! I think the humidity here in Ohio gets just as bad as the southern states, if not worse! With exception for parts of Texas anyway..lol.
