I've never really had a hangover because I always force myself to drink water either between drinks or at the end before passing out.

I try to get a Gatorade and a solid snack down before I pass out and I normally wake fine, even on as little as 4 hours sleep.

spent most of yesterday setting up this obstacle course that's going to be run today.

A bike/running course that has mud pits, rock walls and mazes. Looks fun but I'm stuck working the event.

Today, my life was ruined because I was told about "vore". And by told, I mean sent a video of. And by sent a video of, I mean that my eyes shall never unpeep what they hath peeped.

Talking

We played two shows yesterday, and I am wore out! Did a benefit at 5PM in the evening, played a couple of sets. Then we played a show from 9:30 until 2:30 in the morning. I didn't get home until 5:00am this morning, and I feel "great"!

When a show goes over good, it just makes the whole week so much more self satisfying and adds to a better outlook to a Blue Monday and the new week ahead.
(except for having a slight "Hangover") Everything is good!

Inspired by a daliance with smart phones earlier this week I actually, despite owning it for 2 yrs. took an intrest in my phone's music playing capacity and realised for the first time that my phone can play mp3 files. N.b I've only had a computer for 2 yrs. and only had itunes for 1 yrs. so that's why things that other people have known for years are new to me. a/w today I put some classical music on my phone and then set off to walk the dog. I thought it was strange the music was so quite and then 5 mins later when I took the earphones out I realised I wasn't listening to the music through my earphones. I'd not put the connector in properly and I was hearing it eminating from the phone's speaker in my jeans pocket. DOH!

I finally got to spend some time with my son yesterday. Unfortunately I had some horrible bouts of epileptic seizures overnight, so I'm quite sluggish today.
