Car bomb went off downtown today. Also, liquid oxygen leak at the plant. Two haven't been linked, but it's pretty ****ed. They say a leaky valve was to blame for the latter, but apparently there was an injury related to it.

depends on where you are, really - you're okay in busy places, i wouldn't advise it in deserted areas

but then again, there's not that much mugging here, more snatch thieves, burglary and carjacking
