Imma here, friend :D

Its just over three weeks now since a good friend of mine and a huge part of my past committed suicide. This weekend has been both a happy one (a friend had his engagement party and got a lot of people back together for the night for it) and a painful one, as I continue to listen to a lot of music that brings back memories, some of which I havent listened to for years, and go through photographs.

I discovered that I actually have many more photos of him and of those days than I thought I did. Like the music I'm listening to, I havent seen some of these for years. I also found one or two videos taken on an old mobile phone.

I think the best way to describe today and this weekend in general is relatively happy and healing but extremely painful.

I got Chinese seafood for lunch and battled hershey squirts all day. I ultimately came out victorious in my battle, though it was hard fought. Rough day at work.

I'm knitting myself a hat. I have heavily overestimated the size of my head I think. We'll see :/.

Feeling pretty great today. We went for our 20 week scan yesterday and baby is looking just fine. Then, last night, our little Son walked for the first time.
