Birth control prescriptions are ****ing ridiculous. Especially if you have Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance. Those ****ers are a pain in the ass. The Ortha Evra patch was most expensive for me, that **** was like 20 bucks a month. The shots cheaper, but not cheaper than the pill, which I can't remember to take anyway. And I just plain hate condoms.

My day started off good, sleeping in and eating leftovers from the feast of last night. But I was just out playing football with all the guys from my HS that are in town and I blew out my knee. Today I got my official end of semester uni results! High Distinction, Distinction, Distiction, and a Credit. Yay! And now I officially have a BA :)

Congrats. My quest in Uni starts next year. Im pretty glad I took this year off to just work though. Im getting my teaching degree. I'm Gonna be a PE teacher. Reaally looking forward to it because then I have the opportunity to coach basketball as well.

Well, having got all my assignments for uni out the way today's been a pretty damn cool day-in (meaning lots of writing, chicken rolls, milling about online and downloading of music).

^I know how that is, I was forced to grow up real quick after I dropped out of college and got fired from my job and my fiance dumped me. All I do any more is work and sleep now to:

Strange day of up's and down's. Felt like utter crap this morning (well I still do really) so i decided to do some random tidying up and i found a couple of notepads filled with lyrics, poems, ramblings etc that I wrote when I was 18 (I hate throwing things away). It's both amusing and comforting to read what you wrote when it was half a life away. some of it is terrible and some of it is OK considering. I may post some of it in it's original form in the songwriting thread, not for critique, just for fun really.

I also got offered two jobs today. One involved a bit of travelling and I don't drive and the other is not enough money :( and now the feckin gas has gone out and i'm skint until the morning. Bugger.

Somehow I lost a group of friends today, I really don't know what I did to piss everyone off I mean hell, even my mom is pissed off at me. I should've just stayed at home.

Part of being a young adult, people change and act ridiculous, if it changes it'll be for the better.

We had a tight group of 7 friends in high school. We never fought or anything really. Then bam! I'm only friends with two of them now. Not even sure what happened. I'm happy for it though, I've moved on and made new friends who I appreciate. People change, that's the one thing I've really learned these last couple years.

Very true, it hurts at the time but in the end you'll end up meeting new people and everything will be sweet again. All part of growing up.

As you get older you generally lose friends but the ones you keep are the very best ones.

Amen to that. I've moved about the UK pretty much all my life and lost a whole lot of friends on the way. Worth it for the ones who bothered to keep in touch though.

I was offered a job last week writing computer games to promote awareness of poverty in Laos (odd huh?) and then the CEO became very sick the next day and the project was scrapped. But I almost certainly have a new job developing handwriting/sketch recognition software for opthalmologists so I'm keen to start on that. It's getting lonely here with only one of my flatmates.

In other news... 3 years since I joined MB to the day.
