I had a similar experience at school once. I'd be curious what the differences between an all-girls and an all-boys school were. You here stories about lesbians in all-girls schools, but one should take Penthouse with a grain of salt. It was pretty much the opposite at military school. There was a sort of weird, homoerotic subtext going around, but on the surface the homophobia was pretty much off the chart. Testosterone overload I guess.

Funny, all my teachers were awesome. You had the administrators who were either racists or asshats who just liked pushing kids around for the most part, but the actual teachers were the coolest people on Earth. Once a month we all had to have classes on Saturday, and my Spanish I teacher apparently didn't feel that this was worth his time, so he'd just show movies. That class was where I was introduced to Kevin Smith movies and Boondock Saints. The fact that he was actually a great teacher was just a bonus.

Is there any female teachers in all boys schools?
