That's all it takes.

Bi-weekly?

Every two weeks, as opposed to every week. I would normally hate that, but since my paychecks will be around $1,000, I'll be okay.

I got on the intercity bus from Seaside to Portland, to buy train tickets to South Lake Tahoe, but I guess they're $200 more than we expected, since we didn't buy them in advance. So we decided to take the greyhound to Redding, and now I'm at a terminal waiting for the next bus in eight hours.

I got some crappy news today so it's been kind of meh..

My good friend and bassist Chris is having some serious back problems and is gonna not be around for a little while. On top of that my audio engineer friend who is recording our new album is gonna be too busy to record anything else for the foreseeable future.

So today was crappy, but it's all good stuff tends to get worse before it gets better :thumb:

Today I realized I spend about 50 bucks a week, so I decided to put down what I purchase from now on. See if I can adjust my spending habits, be a little more responsible. Hell, I've already not paid 3 months of my college loans because I keep forgetting. It's time I get my shit together. I want to change, little by little, and fucking do something with my life so I'm not stuck working in an entry level job, living in a non intellectually stimulating place.

that's a good idea.

Also another good idea is this savings plan. It has a specific name to it but I can't remember it at the moment.

You start off by putting 1 dollar in a savings account then the next week/paycheck you double that amount.

It's usually based off of 52 weeks but by the end of it you end up having a nice chuck of money saved up.

now that I look at it. it's you take the amount of the balance and add it to the week number to get the new balance amount in your savings.
