Me: I think the properties you're using there aren't recognized by that application.

Coworker: No, that can't be it. Why isn't this code I wrote working?

Me: I just took a look at the documentation. It mentioned that those properties aren't recognized by that application.

Me: How about trying this other way that will work according to the documentation?
