Also I saw Ray Allen, who is a UConn alumnus, and Bill Clinton and George W. Bush sitting NEXT to each other. That was also cool.

that's a bit of a stretch there

My law professor: "Your extra credit assignment will be a research paper of a minimum of 10 pages on some legal topic that you'll have to get approved with me first"

..........what

..........I don't know who in college has the free time to do a 10 page research paper on the side when it's not even required, but I'm definitely not one of those people

People who are genuinely obsessive about research and social life and personal health comes second.

I know people like this exist but I've only heard of them in legends, and even then it's kept on the down-low because they are a dangerous bunch. Some say they will melt if they step out into the sun, but no one knows for sure.

But seriously, there's less than a month to even do it, and a 10 page research paper is a tremendous time commitment. I don't know how someone could ever accomplish that while still getting the work for the rest of their classes done while still having a social life for the three weeks!

My unsolicited survival advice is don't eat out and if you already cook your own meals, minimize meat purchases for a while and use lentils, rice, quinoa, and black beans for your protein.

I did the Ramen diet for a while too throughout my undergraduate degree, until I realized it has the nutritional content of a bag of potato chips! Though you can always pop an egg in there while it's cooking and add some scallions and other garnishes.
