I applied for a job today. My dad helped me perfect my cover letter. He's the man.

I'm so tired so probably will go to be early.

Show didn't go over as well as it could have. The host of the show said that they would have a drum kit there for us to play, but when we got there we find that the drummer who owns the kit is one of those anal retentive types who doesn't let others touch his kit. This was probably out of being outshined because he was pretty awful. We politely told him to go **** himself when he offered to play with us instead.

So we ended up doing guitar drones, still played pretty well. The audience looked a bit terrified, so it was successful on some level.

Ah.

Another busy ass day. I got off an hour later than scheduled. Boss had to leave early because his pregnant wife had an appointment so I was basically swarmed by myself all day at the shop. Turns out she went without him. Customers were all super flirty and happy though so that made up for it. I actually ran into a couple that came in on the way home and was like...

-Yo, didn't I just make you lunch like 2 hours ago?

and they're all

-Yeah!!! That was fantastic!

That felt pretty good. I like knowing that I made someone happy with my food, even if it's just sandwiches and other basic ass ****.

I also picked up some CDs. Spent more than I should have and only found one that I was really looking for but the others should be pretty great too. **** it, I worked pretty damn hard this month. I deserve it.

Missed most of Gay Pride festivities but if it's anything like last year's it's gonna be going on all night. So... I'm about to head off and check it out. Don't even have anyone to go with but **** it, public drunkenness, fun party outfits, all that stuff. Should be pretty rad. Prolly meet some cool peeps on the way and just hang with a bunch of strangers as per us'.

I'm going to pour out my heart to you here about the last weeks. My summer holidays don't feel like vacation at the moment.
I've worked the second Saturday, 13 hours at the supermarket and it's exhausting but I hope I'll manage to keep it the next months.
The main issue is that bugs me is that on Sunday I'm not able to study as much as usual. So the weekend is not here for studying anymore...
Other than that I've made a schedule for music theory but I'm lacking the feeling of being prepared for the exams.

Today my grandmother and aunt came to visit and took my sister to their place.
Technically I could assume that things go better and more calm from now on.

The positive news: I got my Küng alto recorder made out of plum wood and the sound is so marvelous.
It's the heaviest out of all my altos but it sounds very solid, high Swiss quality as I expected.

There's been a prop plane buzzing around the office all morning long, apparently practicing for the Air & Water show coming up in Aug. At first it was kinda cool watching him loop and come dangerously close to stuff, but dude... I got work to do and you sir, are getting annoying. I hope you run out of fuel soon.

Do you have any type of firearms at the office? Shoot that sucker down. Totally justified.

Call Snoopy. He'll know what to do.
