Day of rest after a three gig in a row weekend.

I couldn't even sleep last night because part of a filling cracked. So much tooth pain. I went into the dentist as an emergency appointment. The bad part is I got stuck with a C-student dentist that doesn't have much experience. I felt like she ****ed up my mouth more than how painful it was going in. I got home and looked in the mirror to see a few bruises that I didn't feel while on the Novocaine. I'm still in pain now just not as much as earlier this morning when I couldn't sleep.

****ing lame

I'd have said "Nope. Get me a real dentist".

I know how bad tooth pain is. I hate pills, so I'm forced to rely on Naproxin Sodium, or Ibuprofen which doesn't do anything but dull the pain.

I know hindsight, I should have did that.

She was just all like take some Motrin or Ibuprofen when you get home instead of actually giving some of the stronger Ibuprofen that I normally get from my regular dentist.

I couldn't sleep all that well last night either.

Corona, my angel and sweetheart of a dog whom I love more than anyone or anything in the world, will be staying with my Mom and her Girlfriend until I can definitely get my act together. My roommate and my landlord are threatening to hurt her. I'm an alcoholic who needs to be away from home too much to own a dog and make ends meet. It just can't work. I ****ing love Corona. When I come home, she's the best thing in the damn world. Jumping. Smiling. So ****ing happy to see me. I ****ing love her. Curled up in my armpit when it's time to sleep. Sitting patiently for a little treat. But I can't take care of her. I'm too much of a mess to have the responsibiity. I keep thinking- what if she were your daughter. That's what dogs are kind of like, they're your children. And when you've been hospitalized for your alcoholism three times just this year, been assaulted twice taht you know of by gangbanger drug dealers, and wake up covered in self inflicted burns and cuts that will scar you for the rest of your life.... what kind of parent are you?

I don't deserve Corona. She's a ****ing angle and she'll be so ****ing happy now that my mom and her girlfriend have finally agreed to take her in while I try and work myself out. If I can.

I am so happy that you are admitting what's going on. Is there anyway we can help? Have you considered going to AA or even talking to a professional? No pressure, do it in your own time but it's really important to us that you are safe and okay.

I'm good lately, just been studying and will have a meeting on Sunday with a Korean business owner who is paying me to do his social media. He's going to give me a free lunch too. It gets me so excited so I really want to make more contacts and reach more businesses so I can make a name for myself. I got free food today at college too! I also bough a handbag brand new (with a $185 price tag) for $18, so beautiful!

I've got to get myself to do an exam this week, I've taken way too long to do this module eek. I still feel like I have so much to learn!

On Tuesday I had an appointment, I woke up at 11am, went online, got myself ready and looked at the time. It was 2pm!! The app was at 2.30pm. I realised I lost 1.5 hours of time which I don't remember. It freaked me the **** out. Has anyone had that?

I've known it for a while I've just been deluding myself into thinking my position in life right now isn't my own doing. Just whining and ranting here helps a lot, it's hard to do in person and it's even harder for me to even want help when I'm feeling the way I do sometimes. I've been in and out of therapy for about 9 years now and haven't been able to find much help in Same deal with AA. I'm not sure what I need but I had a pretty in-depth discussion with my folks that went over... okay I guess. It's not their fault I just don't think they really understand. They're definitely legitimately concerned now though, for a while it felt like they didn't care. Haven't told them about the whole... gender confusion thing but I'm pretty sure my mom knows. She's busted me as Kelly in the past. Thanks for the support though, guys. =)

Busted you as Kelly? Care to share more about that?

The Batlord 08-20-2014 08:52 AM

Well, on the plus side I imagine having gay parents (I swear I remember you saying you had two moms) must give them a more sympathetic perspective than your average blonde-haired, blue-eyed WASPs.

RoxyRollah 08-21-2014 11:44 AM

He does. ..

GuD 08-21-2014 12:53 PM

She's seen me as Kelly...

As in, in makeup and women's clothing. It was at a difficult time- she lost her job, we'd just gotten evicted, etc. I don't think she would respond now the way she did then.

Just the one mom, really. She's had a girlfriend for about a year now who's often fantastic but sometimes an absolute *******. The girlfriend also has a bit of a drinking problem. When she's not drunk and treating my mom like **** I consider her my second mom.
