 I had to get a new copy of mine about 10 years ago because my father lost the original.

Strangely enough I have only had to use it twice since then.

No idea what you've gotten yours for but I hope it's something grand.

that's the reason I had to get mine as well.

I needed it for air travel.

so here's a quick rundown of my day.

Spoiler for no rest for the wicked:
9:30am: called towing company to take our dead car, they offer me $100
12:30am: dude comes by and tells me that the title needs to be signed
  • it's in my boyfriend's name
  • he's not at home
  • this cannot wait until tomorrow because their business hours are not consistent with the hours I'm at home and we're desperate for the cash
1pm: take bus all the way down to his workplace just to get his signature
3pm: call the towing company back, practically beg them to take it
4pm: car is gone
5pm: run about 7 blocks with a 20lb box in the pouring rain - making a return to Amazon
5:30pm: run to the bank to break the bill evenly so we both get a share
6pm: mountains of dishes to be done

and I still have to do the laundry :banghead:

I just sat beside my wife and supported her as she labored for ten hours to give birth to our seventh child. She is my hero; she is wonderful, beautiful, and brave! I'm on the train home and knackered.

Wow, seven kids man! You have my grandparents beat by one child. I can't believe you had six daughters before a boy, that's oddly interesting.

My grandparents are still in the lead by one, and they have an equal number of boys and girls (I figure there have to be some long odds on that last one.) Catholics, huh? Can't keep 'em down.

But mordwyr's still young (maybe). Just two more.
