About ninth grade I got one on my knuckle and from that point on I was always covering it up with either the other hand or my thumb and they spread. By senior year I had six on my hands. And I had them all removed in one hour. He didnt use nitrogen, he injected the skin with a fairly high quality numbing agent. So much that I watched the skin expand from all the liquid inside it. Then he took a metal tool and burnt them off. And I couldnt feel a thing. I had a hard time driving home because so many fingers were usless.

Just a little horror story...

Yeah. i spent all of high school hiding my hands in my sleeves and sitting on my hands....it was really embarassing. My self confidence really has gone up since beginning of senior year when got them removed.

There they were in a pile. A pile of little arms. And I remember... I... I... I cried. I wept like some grandmother. I wanted to tear my teeth out. I didn't know what I wanted to do. And I want to remember it. I never want to forget it. I never want to forget. And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought: My God... the genius of that.
