Today I received a gift of $3k toward the closing costs of the home I'm purchasing.

I was also asked to officially join the staff of a newsweekly in NYC. I was offered a backdoor login to directly submit my content for publication, and told by the editor in chief that anything I write is to go directly to the front page.

Today was a good day.

Today i went to an old friend's house and we smoked a bit and jammed for awhile.

We recorded a rough draft of one his songs and then we talked for awhile on how the remake of FF7 should be.
