Suck because of less walking or are they afraid of thunder? Mine aren't bothered by it, oddly.

supposedly we'll have water for 1 day and 3 days without it. that's how they are gonna ration it.

Did you have a dog back in 1997 when the last El Nino hit? Our dogs aren't afraid of rain. But they haven't experienced El Nino rain.

You should buy them some of those umbrella hats. I lived in Arizona at the time. Typical monsoons that year I think. I was also three or four years old.
