Had a bout of insomnia last night, and got absolutely no sleep. Also had to be at work at 7 am today. If it weren't for copious amounts of coffee, I'd have been a zombie. Have now been up for over 30 hours straight.

My brother "fell down some stairs last night" and had to go to the hospital, on our vacation, at 4:30 in the morning. He has a knee sprain and is literally crying and moaning every time he moves.

I officially got one of the new cruisers today - I got one of the SUVs - and I can without a doubt say that she'll do everything on the speedometer. And I do mean everything. I was headed down to a local VFD and I may or may not have floored it going down this open stretch of empty highway. And I may or may not have flown past a state trooper who apparently didn't realize what the writing on the side of the cruiser actually said.
