But that's the situation? If she's staying with you, then you're shelling out for all the day-to-day expenses and going through the most trouble raising her, so the "other" parent should be going the extra mile to pull their weight.

You are correct, that's the logical conclusion but you're thinking like a guy not an unemployed baby momma.

do you know why i don't argue this with my ex? cause we'll end up in a nasty custody battle that is gonna side with her and i'll end up legally paying more for my daughter. Not to mention that is gonna ruin the goodwill i have with my ex.

So far we've had a verbal agreement that has been lenient because i maintain a good relationship with my ex but that means that for the most part i have to abide by her rules.

I'm not a men's rights dude or anything, but you'd have to be an idiot not to have a problem with current law's treatment of fathers. If she's with you, then logically, you're the one taking the biggest financial hit (or at least the biggest financial hit that you can legally justify).

You should beat your ex to death and then let the state raise your daughter. It's better than the current legal system at least. Tell her I said that.

You probably shouldn't tell her that......The part about him being a men's rights dude.

I don't mean tell her I said that to change her mind. Tell her I said that right before you swing down the monkey wrench. More of an insult to brutal death kind of thing.

You Mexicans are all about that ****, right?
