Went and played some pick-up football (soccer) today, it was the first time I've stepped on the field to play since last September, and I was noticeably rusty. Everyone playing except for maybe two or three others were at the very least twice my age, and still ran circles around me.

Felt quite nice to actually get out on the field and get moving, since I've started coaching I've barely had any time to play, and I'm far from being as in shape as I used to be. Hoping if I can keep going to games for the rest of the summer maybe I'll be able to make 2 or 3 runs before being totally winded :p:

The thunder was so loud and so powerful, that it literally shook my house like an earthquake.

I've just gone 19 days without a day off. It's Saturday evening now--just got home from weddings--and I actually have a day off tomorrow. So I can relax for the next 36 hours. Beer and music and M:tG time!

I've been off since last Monday. Not great for the paycheck, but damn am I unwound from six-day work weeks for months on end.

Yeah, I work six-day workweeks for 16 weeks straight. Then I have a summer holiday. Then I do it again. Then I have a spring holiday.

Four more weeks and I'm off for August and September!

Woah, I could go for that!
