So one can freely smoke weed wherever one could smoke a cigarette in your state?
Neat.
What about driving a car? If you smoke weed one evening and drive the next morning does that count as driving intoxicated?

Why did they cuff you? Or do anything other than walk by and make sure they could only smell weed?

There was a warrant out on him to begin with and he was in hiding so they took him to jail.

While the sheriff was here investigating a fight broke out right next to us and a gang of guys jumped 2 girls. Not even sure why. Ambulances came and picked them up. Just a giant ****show.

It's quite entertaining here. People setting fires (one of them burned down an entire house and made the news) and letting off fireworks every night at like 3AM. People being murdered every year including our neighbors when we moved in. Constant fights outside. People coming to our door in the middle of the night trying to sell us drugs. Nothing like living with a bunch of meth heads.
Where's 'here'?

Almost as free as smoking a cig. They don't like you smoking in public but as I found out they're not going to arrest you for it. If they can prove with photo evidence that you were smoking weed at the wheel of were stoned at the time of an accident they'll hit you with a dui, but it's so hard to tell and blood tests aren't reliable for any kind of time frame.

1: they usually cuff everyone until whatever situation they're dealing with is done. Pretty common police practice.
2: they're *******s. Also a common police practice.

It's not like they can walk up, handcuff you, ask you directions to the nearest Krispy Kreme, thank you, uncuff you, and then leave. Smoking weed should no longer qualify as any reasonable cause now, shouldn't it?
