And what does a fertilised but unattached egg mean? That it would be flushed out during the next period? I've never heard about that specific thing before.

You hit it right on the money. it was flushed out with my last period. But I still became somewhat ill.

and I do use contraception. most of the time. I've just been a tad neglectful lately.

right now my friend is in denial about being pregnant. has told her mom. but not her dad. has not told her boyfriend. and my friend doesn't care if i tell you guys

Well, that's pretty neglectful of a guy if your neglect become a factor, if you catch my drift.

we got caught up in the heat of the moment. . . a few times that day.

and it's not like if I were to get pregnant anyway, it would be the end of the world. There are options. Some of which oojay might not be overjoyed about.
And even if i decided to keep the baby, I'm pretty sure I could take care of it. Financially at least.

Well, I think that first excuse is pretty bull****. Condoms used to be the big hassle that people still claim they are, but with Durex's easy on design which the other manufacturers have latched onto as well it takes all of 15 seconds to pop one on and if you're really that randy its not like the urge is going to disappear in such a short period of time. There's even some new condom from South Africa which takes about 3 seconds to put on (seriously, if you can watch an advert for these they're pretty amazing).

But yes, abortion is an option and it's a very common one which I personally have very little problem with on a moral/ethical level. SO many women have had abortions, if you check the stastics it works out as a very large proportion of the female population in the UK, I think it's smaller in the US but still a LOT of women. If the pregnancy is noticed early its just a case of taking a pill and nothing more than that.

Or yes, you could keep the baby. You chav!!!!

If its at a very early stage, how is it any more murder than using contraception in the first place?

Youre thinking of the "Morning after" pill I assume. Thats not the same as an abortion. contraception keeps the sperm form fertilizing the egg. if the egg is fertilized, it will become a baby. thats how its different.

No. I'm thinking of the pill that they use to give abortions within the first few months of a prenancy. The morning after pill is used 48 hours after unprotected intercourse or something like that. They were using the abortion pill three years ago (according to official abortion advice websites), whether they are still using or not I admittedly don't know.

If I use condoms I'll use durex. But I usually take the pill.
and well. for a few days (in a row) I just forgot.

So yeah. . . . .

and right now, I'm just taking some hormonal that helps with the nausea.

I had a fertilized egg. it just didn't attach and so didn't amount to anything except a small lump that came out with the rest of the other . . . things that were passed through my body during my menstrual cycle.
