Sometimes I forget that there are real people who use protein powder.

Who else believes Mindfulness is in fact an 84-year-old granny who can't work Facebook so comes here instead to tell us all about every single thing she did every single day? I'm gonna miss her when the nursing home comes looking for her.

id love to live to 84, hoping to live to 100 but i just dont think its in my dna. it'll be hard
