Bleh. Every time I start running all I can think of his how long I have to run until I get to stop running. And the longer I run the longer until I can quit even if I quit early. It's just a miserable practice to me.

I do ride a bike and it's way better than running cause if I get tired of riding my bike it's a much shorter and less miserable ride home than on my own feet.

Ugh I've been waking up in a total panic most mornings since the fire. Today I bolted out of bed and ran from the room - not sure what I was running to/from, so I ended up just hugging my dog and going back to bed. I'm so tired and tense all the time, and self medicating isn't really working.
