Of course it's all about context. I'm just still annoyed about how at the show last night there was a very loud very drunk dude who kept yelling "QBERT IS THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME" which like, is true, but I'm there to hear and see qbert live in action, I didn't expect it to turn into a bunch hipsters begging for validation regarding what big fans they are and how they know all the track titles and sick references.
Another example that still has me all riled up was when I saw John Carpenter and every ****ing song they played this dude yelled out what movie it was from. "They Live, YEAAAAAHHHH!" "Wooooo, The Thing!!!" It's just like, yeah mother****er, we all know. That's why we're here. Let them get on with it.
Rant almost over, but when I'm performing I personally hate it when people yell **** out, even nice things. I don't need song "suggestions" I have been preparing for this and have the set list covered thanks, and the "dead air" is valuable for build ups and come downs, when people yell out they just kill the vibe.

KK is old af and was behind the beat on most tracks (and relied on a screen feeding him the lyrics) but I'm glad I got to see him. Dan the Automator drank two bottles of sake on stage straight out of the bottle lol and QBert stole the show as per usual. He really is the best and was for sure the most lucid and professional. Oh and Del made an appearance for half a track which was a nice surprise but everyone kept yelling "ITS DELTRON, YEAH DELTRON" ****ing posers.
