Cause I bet you treat dudes/chicks that you find really cute differently than those you don't find really cute.

If you want an example of this, the only time I've ever seen elph not act like a complete and utter arrogant prick is when he talks to Chio, a cute red head. It's human behavior not dictated by the patriarchy, just merely acknowledged and manipulated by it.

The patriarchy doesn't refer to men vs women, so your point about more women in charge doesn't make any sense. Your last sentence on the second post is correct, the patriarchy itself is just a constructed hierarchy of power. It is just as responsible for unrealistic beauty standards as it is for toxic masculinity and homophobia. These are broad strokes of course.
