He does. Instead of showing a little bit of humility and admitting there was some lucky good fortune that his property value increased it's all about how he busted his ass. You’re certainly welcome to write anything you want on it. I’m just going through this giant list I compiled on 2016 and before I write a review I run a search to see if anyone else has mentioned it. If there’s a lot on something I might just link to it or skip it (unless I really have something to add) but if someone just mentioned a record in passing or made a few brief comments they get the assignment. Your name just hasn’t turned up. The reviews I have milked out of people have been golden.
