You don't know much about suicide huh?

Everything about the accumulation of wealth is emotionally hollow. lol @ the American Dream- once you get it, it turns out to be a nightmare.

The accumlation of wealth is the same thing that drives athletes to go pro and mountain climbers to tackle Everest. It's just a different environment.

Compared to the majority of people on Earth, you are rich.

Everest is a good analogy because all they’re doing is taking a collective **** on a mountain that should be left alone. Waiting in lines like they’re at Disneyland.

Pro-sports are sad pyrrhic victories as well, actually.

They’re not worth the effort.

Not really how the word is normally used, but ok.

I'd be willing to bet most of the people participating disagree. You seem to have this idea that anything you don't find worth pursuing has no value.

A Pyrrhic victory (/ˈpɪrɪk/ ( listen) PIRR-ik) is a victory that inflicts such a devastating toll on the victor that it is tantamount to defeat. Someone who wins a Pyrrhic victory has also taken a heavy toll that negates any true sense of achievement.

Yes, I know what it means. The way you're using it is a melodramatic stretch, but whatever.
