Na HIIT is separate.

I've never done intermittent fasting but there are many guys who do it and approve of it.

I know a kung fu guru who'll eat one giant meal at the end of the day and he's pretty healthy. Based on what I've read though, going the other direction and doing very small meals/snacks throughout the day is healthier.

Plenty of bodybuilders do both.

I think the main thing is getting what you need from your diet and training.

Guys should do what works for them.

thats constantly is adding more insulin to the body, never lets any release of ketones ( or never lets the body reach ketosis)
