stopped at the sandwich store and got the "mindful" minus the pepper jack cheese(out), and no carrots (store doesnt havent it) i get one about every 3 weeks of month or so now.

bought two granola bars and two candy bars (cookie layer crunch)...i eat like 10 mini carrrots before each granola bar or candy bar..

back is a bit better, able to walk and stand with pain.
