I think I had a mental snap thing and I definitely had a mega sleep.

We’re still swamped with hurricane evacuees and those rich beach houses bitches love our restaurant. Traffic is way up.

Obviously it’s no surprise but the poor people who got flooded out are homeless and the rich whose property was razed just go on vacation.

elphenor, our emo goth friend of the land where banter of music is typed is correct when he bantered to me the other day about how mixing processed food and healthy doesn't make too much sense. have to cut out all processed junk and stick with carrots and apples. i bought two pineapples too. so its chicken breast for a week and carrots/apples and pineapples for a week. i think its just going to be chicken/carrots/apples/pineapples for a very very long time lol i still do the intermittent fasting yall, i dont think ill go back. i do a 3 hour window and munch about 1500-2500 calories in 3 hours but ima cut that cut to 10 mini carrots and two apples, twice after my chicken for dinner. thatll be like 1500 for the whole day. my macro calories to lose weight is 1700 for my age weight and height. so we'll see how it goes because i do crave/addicted to munching on granola bars because its like im slowing cutting out the harmful things in my life. first alcohol, now bad food.. i slowly just started only eating certain foods. the store people prolly think im nuts, they actually joked about a person buying 20 dollars in apples to me, as i was buying apples. hehe

So today I have been diving back into comics and learning more about what I was not too sure of before. I decided to take a look at all of the teams (heroes and villains) and there are a lot of them. Anyone who is anyone in comics has been on a team, and if you haven't then you probably soon will be.
