If I could eat like that everyday, I would.

The only mistake I made was not letting it set to get to room temp before searing it. I was starving though. Didn't wanna wait.

Next time, I'm just gonna pile an entire lb of shrooms over the entire plate/bowl.

Rode my bike home from university this evening without paying attention and suddenly found myself in the middle of a whole army of police cars, barricades and hysteria. Turns out there was a shooting of some kind, wtf. The police just let me ride through the crime scene for some reason
