Having a wonderful weekend! I had my first experience with the gallery walk for First Friday with a few friends Friday night, then a bit of exploring estate sales in my neighborhood Saturday to take in the spring sun.

This morning I stuck up a trade in a local vinyl group for a rare LP which will complete a collection of mine, then went antiquing with another friend and as a fun surprise found a fifth RCA "Nipper" dog piece for my home!

I'm heading out to meet a few more friends for lunch. Definitely enjoying the warmth of the season! Cheers everyone! <3

A surprisingly productive evening. I laid down for about a minute and a half after today's social engagements and was suddenly struck by the realization that I had a spare power amplifier and a spare vintage Norwegian quadrophonic integrated amp with nifty retro DIN cable inputs tucked away in hidden corners of my home.

I retrieved them, dusted them off, polished them, wired up and tested each, photographed them from all angles, researched auction history for successful sales, and listed the power amp for sale. It might at least partially fund some of my current projects.

The piece from Norway is just too nice to let go of so I think I'll hold onto it for a bit. It might come in handy if my vintage Yamaha integrated unit ever dies, (and would be QUITE the upgrade!)

I'm the guy who puts up truck orders at work now and last week there was no room on the bottom shelf of the stock area for the big five gallon things of soda so I had to put them on the top shelf. Yesterday my retarded coworker came up to me and complained that that's not where the soda is supposed to go like he wasn't just bitching about having to struggle with his flabby fat girl WWWP arms. So today while doing the truck I made sure to clear space on the top shelf to put the soda on.

Can't wait to see my retarded coworker again.
