-be younger
-text girls a lot
-care a lot about them
-want to get to know them
-never get laid
-never have success with women

-be older
-care about nothin
-be degenerate gambler
-unsteady employment
-drink too much
-never text women
-get laid much more
-women interested in me under false impression theres mystery they can uncover

i usually wait a few hours or days to text back but my problem is at some point ya gotta start showin more interest and start givin a shiit. obviously have not found that point lol

Had a very fulfilling day yesterday. Can't remember when I was ever this productive:
  • Designed a mobile animal shelter for a non-profit organization
  • Helped a friend remodel a log cabin style home
  • Mowed my GF's cousins lawn
  • Watched the Blackhawks win the season opener
  • Came home and recorded a new tune

Hopefully you youngsters will be able to keep up with the Plank when you're my age.

I didn't do anything yesterday either, when I should have. I'm behind on readings for my class now. Anyone care to read an International Relations textbook for me? lol.

Sure. Just make me a sandwich.

I've spent a buttload of money that I don't have. Cars are wonderful for the freedom that they provide but damn they suck when they demand repairs. I had to get a battery draining issue fixed and a tire replaced. <_<

A day or so ago my grandmother told me that for the first time in over fifty years of marriage my grandfather bought her roses. He signed the card "Love, dad and the cat".

A real smooth operator my granddad is.

Don't waste all that energy with four more courses. Just wash my car. Oh, and buy me a car too.

Got an 8,000 dollar annual raise today, which comes out to a 17.77 percent increase from my starting salary. Sure am glad I don't work for the government...

Congrats. You deserve it with all the stuff they make you do that's outside of what you should normally be doing.

Great night, my friends and I had an epic jam till like 2 in the morning. Lots of beers, puffs and melodies.

Also when I checked our Reverbnation this morning it says we're ranked 3 locally in our area for reggae music! I was like whoa wait what? Pretty awesome, feels good man.

Exo 10-05-2013 09:41 AM

I scored a pre-screening ticket for "Captain Phillips" tonight. I'm excited. I've never seen a film a week before it's released...before. I'll have a review up later tonight.

I have to say, Tom Hanks' horrible Maine accent makes me laugh every time I see the trailer for that movie. Looks like it could be a good movie aside from that though.

I will be having sex tonight. I will enjoy it, as a reward for my long week of no fap.

Every time it shows up during the trailers before a movie. I'm the only one dying hysterically in the cinema. I swore I was the only one that noticed it for the longest.

So, I'm on day 5 of 6 for work this week, so I'm pretty burnt out, but I'm glad I worked today of all days. The drunk of a seafood manager got fired for being completely ****ed up at work today, and people seemed pretty happy about it. I laid in the grass and took a nap on lunch break, had a relatively calm night over all. My friend/coworker's friends rolled up with a blunt, took a few hits, gave hugs, and parted ways.

Then the highlight of my night happened, this family pulled up next to my store, asked if they thought it was still open, but they actually stopped by to look at the mural their grandmother painted. The family of 4 went up, and then out comes an old woman telling me what the mural was, it was a painting of old world farm in Syria, which I was really excited about. She asks me to come look at it, we chat about it and where she was born (Jerusalem) and about Syria in general. It was a beautiful moment,a really beautiful one. The daughter talks tells me about how her father (old woman's husband) passed away, and they were taking her mother out to cheer her up the past few months. Man, what a nice family.

Man, what a day.

Spokane, who won in overtime 1-0. Both goalies were outstanding, in particular the Spokane netminder, the last I looked he had 32 saves.

We were out all night long. Went to the Leafs home opener (they won, woohoo) and then stayed out for the art event Nuit Blanche, which happens one night a year from sunset to sunrise. So much fun!!

That sounds fun glad you ha a good time. A good first date is always a blast. In fact starting to date someone new (which it sounds like thats what your doing) is always really fun regardless of where it goes in the future. Lots of people really seem to hate first dates but i have always found them exciting. Even if the person sucks you can just go out for a few hours, but if its good then you have all day and night.

I have to play the waiting game again today with the UPS guy. I have two packages coming and one of them is a video game: Beyond Two Souls.

Go to bed girl! Your sleep is more important. If your internet isn't working in the day, is there a library or somewhere you can go with public internet?

Yep still with him 100%. NHL hockey would be a really expensive first date lol. I'd be cool with a simple first date. And free dates are totally okay too.

Yeah according to this article from Winnipeg (from April 2013), Tampa has the second lowest ticket prices (Dallas is the lowest), and Florida averages $55.75 - while Toronto (where I live) is the most expensive, at $124.69 on average!!!!! The second highest team (the Jets) come in $30 below that. WTF.

Quote:

A look at the average ticket price of each NHL team:

Toronto Maple Leafs$124.69

Winnipeg Jets$97.84

Vancouver Canucks$87.38

Edmonton Oilers$79.27

Montreal Canadiens$78.56

Washington Capitals$73.75

New York Rangers$72.04

Philadelphia Flyers$71.59

Pittsburgh Penguins$67.52

Calgary Flames$66.35

New York Islanders$65.21

Boston Bruins$64.39

Chicago Blackhawks$62.88

Minnesota Wild$62.63

Los Angeles Kings$61.36

Nashville Predators$60.44

Florida Panthers$55.75

Detroit Red Wings$53.28

San Jose Sharks$51.47

New Jersey Devils$48.06

Columbus Blue Jackets$47.95

Carolina Hurricanes$47.89

St. Louis Blues$46.20

Buffalo Sabres$46.15

Ottawa Senators$42.09

Colorado Avalanche $40.62

Anaheim Ducks$40.49

Phoenix Coyotes$40.32

Tampa Bay Lightning$38.12

Dallas Stars$36.09

I have friends who live in Windsor, so when they want to see any Canadian teams play, they just wait till they play the Red Wings, and then they drive like 20 mins across the border to pay the Detroit prices. Windsor is quite far from Toronto so it wouldn't be worth it to drive the 5 hours here and back for a game.
