When I was at the shelter there was a dude who used to steal trailer hitches from Walmart and then walk right back into the same store and return them for a gift card. He was a stand up guy.

They're very easy to steal from.

At the one I worked at in Florida years ago there was one of those secret shopper guys. Looked like an ex cop or something... Shaved head, short and stocky build. Would always see him peering around the corner of some end cap or something trying to bust people.
