Im confused, we cant call "them/they" or they/them" by "their" name, because i thought name calling was a thing in 2020 still.

i understand that we need to call "they/them" or the other way around, something different though.

Stop using quotes and just refer to them by their name, they, or them. Really not much else to it beyond that.

Call people what they ask to be called. Respect the life choices people make for themselves regardless of whether you "get" it. Be a better person.
