Oh, I didn't get you were talking about the one thing. SMH, I wasn't saying anything about anything and you're already super defensive about it. I don't care. I want reality 3.

I initially tried to offer gentle and empathetic education on the topic because I understand not everyone is confronted with the concepts of gender fluidity and identity as frequently as others, but WHAT THE **** dude I dont think you could try harder to not get the point.

You implied it by saying that it's not normal, insinuating that their preferences are absurd, and then doubled down on not respecting their preferences with those quote marks.

Despite the heated initial reaction, we're more than willing to have a respectful discussion about trans people and pronouns since it's new to you, but not if you're just going to cling to insensitivity the whole time. If you can't help but resort to that **** when the subject comes up, then you should probably just keep it to yourself.

I can call you whatever pronoun you want but that's just being polite, doesn't mean i understand.
