I see you have designated cat sleeping areas around the house. Mother makes her own cat beds and places them in strategic places around the house where the cats lay around.

That's cute but whenever I tried to do something like that my cats did that thing where they insisted on napping in the most uncomfortable place instead

Most of my cats are dead now actually. There's just the one weirdo who's terrified of everyone but mother. There was a long time when the house was a cat den though.

Cat dens are awesome. I used to have two, one of which was terrified of everyone but me, but she died :(

Still miss my buddy Wolfgang who used to pester me incessantly so I'd pester him back and he was a self-absorbed prick so he'd act like I was the *******. Good times.

She used to sleep on a nice love seat that we used to have almost in that spot -
and I wondered if she would take to this chair, but, yes!, we put coverings
where we think they might get comfy and just watch.
