That'd probably burn a little bit.

Putting together R.R. 100, sipping on some Zevia black tea w/lemon and listening to Sumac's "May You Be Held."

Going through my iTunes library whilst cleaning and cooking. And, uh, marveling at some of the threads on this board.

Getting on the treadmill ('cause it's another 100° day today) and watching this:

Well, I woke up slightly hungover today after partying at my wedding last night. We had a bonfire, roasted marshmallows, set off fireworks, and I ate rare steak. I've been with my now wife for around five years - met her in college. I'm now a married man - still getting used to having a ring on my finger. Married men of MB, how long did that take you? I also need to learn to refer to her as my wife instead of my fiancee - it'll take some time, but I'll get there. Heading off on my honeymoon tomorrow!
I'd like to thank all of you here at MB for the role you've played in my life - a large portion of my music taste and its foundation can be traced back here. And in this pandemic, it's been nice to reconnect with you folks. I just wish Urban Hatemonger was still around so I could tell him how pissed I was to hear Primal Scream in a Walmart ad. |
My sweetheart and I have been together for 33 years.
We had the same friends in college, but didn't really know each other then. Neither one of us wears a ring. A couple more recordings tonight and then bedtime: https://i.imgur.com/yQJDhiF.jpg https://i.imgur.com/PfvAZnx.jpg?1 |

Congrats on getting married, Soundgarden! I hope all goes well for you and your wife.
Like rostasi, I never wore a wedding ring. Also, both before and after, I almost never used the phrases "my fiancée, my wife", so the transition to married life wasn't too jarring in those respects. |
