How hard did you have to train to be such a condescending asshole?

(wait for the “clever” retort)

If you’re talking about the rubber band that wraps around the LPs, then here it is:

Oh I thought it was something like those Lance Armstrong's "Livestrong" yellow wristbands.

Thanks for providing a close up of the rubber band. The first picture was not large enough & the print came out blurry. I was under the impression they mispelled Paul McCartney's name. Here it turns out to be "Paul McCarthy."

I'm sure the label just thru everything together for a photo shoot just to get as
much in without a whole lot of detail about anything. There's even a spot on the
red-labeled LP that I just want to wipe away. :) Paul McCarthy is a well-known
artist from LA and his daughter, Mara, owns "The Box" gallery where the pieces
were performed. The heavy band is just a creative extra to use around the LP set.

The Bang-On-A-Can Marathon starts soon with 6+ hours of performances.
Good time to get back into the re-issued "Desert Plants" book as well.
This second edition has a disc with nearly 14 hours of audio interviews,
so that's a nice extra to have. The back of the book features some quotes.

Everybody should learn to play the violin. It's a soothing instrument.

Isn’t it a screechy bitch at the start though?

Oh dear lord. They're likely stuck with an old dBase system and it's too costly and and massive to switch over to something more intuitive and robust and at least be compatible with expanding tech.

Good luck there though! And congrats! Gotta get paid somehow.
