You realize there are at least dozens of Native American tribes that were completely exterminated right? None of them exist anymore. They’re extinct. A fully successful genocide was inflicted upon them. They weren’t relocated. They were removed permanently from the planet through systematic government sanctioned murder.

it's used as a hyperbolic jab at someone's intellectual deficiencies. It's fundamentally the same kind of thing as saying "what are you blind?" or the illiterate comments I made earlier. It's just retard has more uses and more of a stigma so it's rated higher.
