I know that’s normal but how anyone on earth could willingly decide that’s what they want to do... in my mind it’s like saying we went to a razor blade gargling competition. Yes. For two core reasons.

1) The pandemic is causing incredible amounts of suffering.

2) Our pre-pandemic lives sucked anyway. All that **** is just worshiping consumerism. We should’ve used the pandemic to kill our crap culture of ecocide. Instead we’ve doubled down on our own destruction.
